[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Broadcaster Seo Jeong-hee mentioned her ex-husband Seo Se-won's remarriage.

On the 18th, Seo Jeong-hee appeared as a guest on the SBS Plus variety show 'Do You Eat Well?'.

On that day, Kim Soo-mi asked Seo Jeong-hee how she felt when she found out about Seo Se-won's infidelity. Seo Jeong-hee replied, "At first, it was hard to accept. While we were married, I used to say as a habit, 'It's okay if you cheat.' I had a mindset prepared to protect the family," but added, "However, when it led to divorce and the family broke apart, it was painful and difficult because what I had endured was shattered."

Regarding her divorce from Seo Se-won, Seo Jeong-hee said, "The difficult process became publicly known to everyone, and after seeing that, I had nothing to say. I regretted all the past," and continued, "I felt guilty for not being able to protect the family and thought 'I shouldn't live,' but I came this far with the power of faith. So I was able to stay strong, keep my center firmly, and stand upright. Also, my children grew up healthy, which became a great strength for me."

She added, "Now, hearing about my ex-husband's remarriage, I thought 'I hope he lives well,'" and said, "I think I could even greet him if we met now because I have gained greater freedom than him."

She continued, "Better things are happening to me now," and added, "I am living really happily, and if I get a boyfriend, I hope to meet him together."

Seo Jeong-hee also explained her recent life. She said, "I spend a lot of time alone, thinking that I need to take good care of my time," and added, "I have written seven books so far, and when asked how I overcame difficult times, I say I read books, listened to music, or prayed."
