[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jucheol In] On the 19th, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will experience rain until the afternoon.

According to the Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be affected by a low-pressure system slowly moving eastward from the West Sea.

Due to the influence of the low-pressure system, rain will start from 9 a.m. and stop around 6 p.m. The expected precipitation is around 5mm in Daegu and southern Gyeongbuk, and 5 to 40mm in northern Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo.

The daytime high temperatures will be 18°C in Andong and Gimcheon, 20°C in Daegu and Uljin, 21°C in Pohang, ranging from 16 to 21°C, which is about 4 degrees lower than the previous day.

Fine dust levels will be 'moderate' in Daegu and 'good' in Gyeongbuk.

Sea waves will be 1 to 3.5 meters in the southern East Sea nearshore, and 1.5 to 7 meters in the southern and central East Sea offshore areas.

A Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration official advised, “As rain will make roads slippery in many places, and dense fog may form in the high mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk and Ulleungdo due to low cloud cover, please pay special attention to traffic safety.”
