After the acquisition, Lock&Lock's stake in EMK Networks will be 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is September 23. Lock&Lock stated that the purpose of acquiring EMK Networks' shares is to "create growth opportunities in the company's small kitchen appliances category."
