[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Castec Korea announced on the 20th that it will suspend automobile parts production. The suspension periods by plant are as follows: Sasang Plant from the 20th to the 29th, Mium Plant from the 23rd to the 29th, and Macheon Plant from the 27th to the 29th.

The company stated, "Due to inventory adjustments caused by holidays at overseas automobile manufacturers and changes in the sales market situation resulting from the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), production is scheduled to resume on May 4."
