He emphasized, "If the country's future darkens due to a wrong vote, it is useless to regret later, saying, 'Why did I vote that way?' If you regret it already, everything is already over at that moment. You must never make such a mistake."

He continued, "No matter what others say, I trust the voters of Seoul. Recently, there have been many people saying, 'The Democratic Party of Korea might still be okay' based on various opinion polls," adding, "But I absolutely will not be deceived by that."

Chairman Kim stressed, "I believe that Seoul voters will make up their minds by this weekend. Let's judge the Moon Jae-in administration once and for all in this election," adding, "Only then can small business owners survive, self-employed people thrive, and the economy of ordinary citizens become solid."
