Amid the global difficulties caused by the coronavirus, various religious communities are continuing donations with the aim of overcoming the crisis together on a national level. In particular, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (Unification Church) visited Gapyeong County Office on March 5th to donate 4,000 health masks for vulnerable groups. Additionally, the Unification Church Korea Headquarters (Shin Korea Family Federation) and its affiliated organization, HJ Cheonju Cheonbo Training Center, voluntarily raised funds to contribute to the local community's efforts to overcome COVID-19.
The donated masks and funds will be distributed to social welfare facilities within the jurisdiction, prioritizing high-risk households for distribution.
