BioInfra Life to Pursue Listing on 'KONEX'

Plan to Amend Articles of Incorporation by Holding an Extraordinary General Meeting
Also Pursuing KOSDAQ Transfer Listing

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Jeongsu] Bioinfra Life Sciences is delisting from K-OTC and pursuing listing on the KONEX market, operated by the Korea Exchange (KRX).

Bioinfra Life Sciences announced on the 7th that at the board meeting held the previous day, it decided to proceed with amending its articles of incorporation to secure eligibility for KONEX listing. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held soon to finalize the amendment of the articles for electronic securities registration, and after registering the shares as electronic securities, the company plans to apply for KONEX listing.

The KONEX market is a dedicated market for small and venture companies established by KRX. Bioinfra Life Sciences expects various listing premiums through the KONEX listing.

A company official stated, "Unlike the OTC market where trading is conducted through negotiated transactions, KONEX operates a competitive trading system, enabling market price discovery and positively impacting liquidity."

They also explained, "Through enhancing the company's external credibility and corporate image, it will gain momentum for expanding domestic and international business. Additionally, as a listed company, promotional effects are expected."

They added, "We plan to smoothly proceed with transferring the listing from the KONEX market to the KOSDAQ market."
