Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport has been temporarily closed since the 1st, and upon receiving notification from health authorities, it immediately informed all guests according to internal manuals about the fact that a COVID-19 positive individual had stayed at the hotel and guided them on safe movement paths before asking them to check out.
Additionally, Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport has suspended new reservations and offered free cancellations and full refunds to existing reservation customers.
Following the guidelines of health authorities, Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport conducted extensive disinfection and sterilization on the afternoon of the 1st, and plans to carry out additional disinfection on the 2nd before reopening at noon on April 3rd.
A representative of Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport stated, “We will conduct thorough additional disinfection and sterilization, and prioritize the safety of customers and staff as we make every effort to respond to COVID-19.”
