According to Gokseong-gun on the 1st, the new government office building project covers a total area of 12,383㎡ and will be a building with one basement floor and five above-ground floors, with a total budget of 36.7 billion KRW. Through this project, Gokseong-gun aims to create convenient spaces for residents and establish another landmark.
Accordingly, the county plans to hold a "Government Office Building Construction Resident Idea Contest" for 60 days from June 6 to August 5. The goal is to incorporate residents' innovative proposals and ideas into the building design to create a user-centered space.
A county official said, "We held the resident idea contest to actively reflect residents' opinions in the construction of the new government office building and create a new landmark. Anyone who is a resident can participate, so we hope for active participation."
Winners of the idea contest will receive a prize of up to 1 million KRW, and detailed information about the contest can be found on the Gokseong-gun official website.
