Rising Expectations for KTX Seodaejeon Station Koaru Summit Sales Site as the Old Downtown and Station Area Prepare for Innovation City Designation in Daejeon!


With the passage of the Balanced National Development Act, which serves as the basis for designating Innovation Cities, in the National Assembly, expectations are rising for a higher increase in real estate prices in Daejeon.


An Innovation City refers to a new future-oriented city where public institutions relocate to local areas, and industries, universities, research institutes, and public institutions cooperate to create optimal innovation conditions and a high-quality living environment. Therefore, securing land and attracting population for the location of these facilities will have a significant impact on revitalizing regional economic growth. Generally, the designated Innovation City locations are centered around old downtown areas and station zones, and among suitable places with various advantages, Jung-gu near KTX Seodaejeon Station is noteworthy.


Among several advantages, the Chungcheong Metropolitan Urban Railway (scheduled for 2024) is planned to be used together at KTX Seodaejeon Station. The metropolitan urban railway will operate from Nonsan and Gyeryong to Osong and Cheongju Airport. Additionally, a tram Line 2 station will be newly established near Seodaejeon Station (scheduled for 2025), and the tram is said to circulate throughout Daejeon city. In this location, the currently available Seodaejeon Station Koaru Summit is located about 30 meters from KTX Seodaejeon Station, which will be used together with the Chungcheong Metropolitan Urban Railway, and about 110 meters from tram Line 2 station, receiving high evaluations for its excellent location.


Seodaejeon Station Koaru Summit, which will become the center of Jung-gu, Daejeon, is offering special benefits to sell remaining officetel units, providing an immediate rental income of 4.8 million KRW with a contract deposit of 9 million KRW.
