According to a report by Sports Kyunghyang on the 28th, Kim Hyun-chul died on the 27th. His body was placed in the funeral hall of a university hospital in Daegu. He was 45 years old.
The late Kim appeared on MBC's 'Infinite Challenge' in 2013, analyzing the mental states of the members during the broadcast.
Meanwhile, in 2018, he was embroiled in a grooming sexual assault controversy involving a patient. MBC's 'PD Notebook' reported that he habitually sexually harassed staff and patients, but he denied these allegations. However, the Ethics Committee of the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association investigated him and expelled him, marking the first expulsion since the association's establishment.
