According to Real Estate 114 on the 28th, in the first week of April, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 2,143 households (1,718 general sales) across five complexes nationwide. Supply includes 'Le El Sinbanpo' in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul; 'Siheung Janghyeon Youngmu Yedam' in Janghyeon-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Villiv Centro (officetel)' in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. Three model houses are about to open. 'Hoban Summit Sky Central' in Jungsan-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, and 'Busan Sasang Jungheung S-Class Grand Central' in Deokpo-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan are preparing for sales in early April.

Lotte Construction plans to supply 'Le El Sinbanpo' by reconstructing Sinbanpo 14th in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. It consists of three buildings with three basement floors and 22 to 34 floors above ground, totaling 280 households, of which 67 are for general sale. It is located in a triple subway station area with Lines 3, 7, and 9 accessible at the Express Bus Terminal Station, adjacent to the Express Bus Terminal commercial area including Shinsegae Department Store (Gangnam branch) and Central City. Nearby educational facilities include Banwon Elementary School, Gyeongwon Middle School, Sehwa High School, and Banpo High School. Surrounding amenities include Catholic University Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, the National Library of Korea, and Banpo Hangang Park.

It is a station-area apartment near Janggok Station on the Wolgot-Pangyo Line, scheduled to open in 2025, close to Janggok Stream and neighborhood parks. Nearby, sites for a kindergarten, elementary school, and high school are planned, which is expected to improve the educational environment.

Shinsegae Construction will supply 'Villiv Centro' at 958 Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The complex consists of four buildings with three basement floors and 25 floors above ground, with units of 59㎡ and 84㎡, totaling 392 units. Educational facilities including elementary, middle, and high schools are available near the site, and access to the Coastal Circular Expressway makes it convenient to move to the eastern and western parts of Busan and adjacent areas.

Hoban Construction will offer 'Hoban Summit Sky Central' in Block A47 of Yeongjong International City, Incheon. The complex consists of six buildings with one basement floor and 25 floors above ground, totaling 534 households with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 84㎡. Once the adjacent Third Yeonryuk Bridge opens in 2025, it will connect to Cheongna International City, allowing shared living infrastructure and convenient access to the metropolitan area. Nearby are Jungsan Elementary and Jungsan Middle Schools, with two school sites planned. The complex is surrounded by neighborhood parks and a seaside park along the beach.
