Muan-gun Participates in 'Doctor Helicopter Revival Campaign'

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 9th that County Governor Kim San and County Council Chairman Lee Jeong-woon participated in the 'Doctor Helicopter Sound Campaign' on the 4th.

The doctor helicopter is a helicopter with medical staff on board, used exclusively for emergency patient treatment and transport, and is called a "flying emergency room."

This campaign supports the operation of the doctor helicopter by holding an event where balloons are popped, inspired by the sound made when the doctor helicopter takes off and lands, which is similar to the sound of a balloon popping.

Governor Kim San and Chairman Lee Jeong-woon stated, "The sound produced by the doctor helicopter is a sound of hope and life for patients and their families," and added, "Our county, council, and residents will unite as one to support the doctor helicopter so that it can freely fulfill its role."

Meanwhile, Governor Kim San nominated Park Jong-gu, President of Chodang University, and Moon Man-sik, Chairman of Mokpo Muan Sinan Livestock Cooperative, as the next participants, while Chairman Lee Jeong-woon nominated Jeong Jae-cheol, Director of Muan Office of Education, and Jeong Seon-cheon, Manager of Namak Geunhwa Beachae Management Office.
