[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] JTI Korea announced on the 9th that it will launch a new product in the LBS (Less Breath Smell) line, which reduces the cigarette odor from the mouth, called "Mevius LBS Yellow Superslim 1mg" to offer smokers a variety of choices.
The new product applies LBS technology that reduces cigarette odor from the mouth when the capsule is crushed. It is a capsule cigarette identical to the existing Mevius LBS Yellow 1mg but is introduced in a superslim form to meet the demand of smokers who prefer superslim products.
Like the existing Mevius products, it uses the finest tobacco leaves selected from regions such as the Americas, Africa, and Europe, allowing smokers to enjoy the unique smooth taste of Mevius. The LBS line’s capsule and sweet tipping provide a richer smoking experience.
The consumer price is 4,500 KRW (tar/nicotine: 1.0mg/0.1mg), and it is available for purchase at tobacco retail stores and convenience stores nationwide.
