[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Jeong Jong-sun) announced on the 29th that the Civil Service Department is taking the lead in proactive quarantine activities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 nationwide.

They are distributing masks to visitors who are not wearing them and urging them to follow personal safety guidelines. Hand sanitizers have been placed at the civil service counters to inform visitors about the importance of hand washing, cough etiquette, and hand sanitization, focusing on blocking COVID-19.

Additionally, the Civil Service Department has organized its own quarantine team that disinfects and ventilates the office daily after working hours.

In particular, they have independently prepared disinfectant sprayers to frequently disinfect items often used by visitors, such as the civil service information desk, visitor PCs, and copiers, making every effort to prevent COVID-19 infection.

A Jangheung-gun official stated, “We have installed foot-operated disinfectants at the entrance of the Civil Service Department and will do our best in disinfection and quarantine activities every day so that citizens visiting the civil service office can use administrative services with peace of mind until COVID-19 is eradicated.”
