UK Event Imagineer Work
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] Escape Hotel announced on the 28th that it will offer the ‘Finding Spring (春)’ package, allowing guests to enjoy a spring ho-cance (a combination of hotel and vacation), from next month 2nd to May 31st.
This package provides various benefits captured in flowers while enjoying the splendid spring decorations designed in collaboration with Tony MacRury, a British event imagineer (planner). The room types include Standard, Deluxe, and Suite.
The Finding Spring package is designed to let customers who hesitate to engage in outdoor activities due to fine dust and yellow dust in spring feel the excitement of spring in the city first. It includes splendid spring flower decorations and a spring-cance experience with Le Salon’s floral tea set, rose-scented cosmetics, and a spring plant pot gift from Jane Packer.
All customers using this package will receive Le Salon’s floral tea set and rose-scented cosmetics. The floral tea set, available at Le Salon located on the 7th floor of the hotel, consists of blended tea with flower and fruit bases and madeleines to enjoy the fragrant floral aroma. Le Salon is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The cosmetic gift is ‘Enchant? Rose D’Antan’ cleansing water from the French derma cosmetic brand Garancia, which removes fine dust, protects the skin, and allows customers to enjoy the rose scent. Deluxe and Suite room customers will additionally receive a Jane Packer spring plant pot exchange voucher. Customers can select their desired plant pot directly at the Jane Packer store in the Shinsegae Department Store main branch, located right next to the hotel.
A flower coloring event, an experiential activity, is also prepared. Through coloring, guests can feel the tranquility of the mind and the vibrant colors that awaken spring. Upon check-in for the package stay, the front desk provides two types of coloring sketches and a specially made Escape paper frame, and colored pencils are available for rent. After completing the coloring, customers who share a verification photo on their personal Instagram with a specific hashtag will receive a voucher for one coffee at Le Salon.
The seasonal decorations throughout Escape Hotel evoke the lively spirit of spring. The theme of this decoration, proposed by Tony MacRury, is ‘The Butterfly Festival,’ capturing the images of butterflies meeting representative spring flowers such as forsythia, magnolia, tulips, and roses, offering guests a vivid sense of spring.
Meanwhile, Escape Hotel has equipped all rooms with air purifiers to maintain clean indoor air. The hotel’s common areas, including the 1st-floor reception desk, 7th-floor front desk, and 8th-floor fitness center, feature the red model of ‘Aeroside,’ a premium air purifier. Pet rooms also have the pet-exclusive ‘LG PuriCare 360-degree Air Purifier,’ allowing guests to enjoy their stay without worrying about odors.
