According to the reservation analysis from SK Telecom's official online shop T World Direct, among the four total colors of the Galaxy S20 Plus (Aura Blue, Cosmic Gray, Cloud Blue, Cloud White), the SK Telecom exclusive color 'Aura Blue' accounted for about 40% of reservations, ranking first.
Among all customers who reserved the Galaxy S20, male customers in their 30s and 40s accounted for 40%. Following that, female customers in their 30s and 40s accounted for 20%.
The reservation ratio by Galaxy S20 model within T World Direct was in the order of S20 Ultra, S20 Plus, and S20, with a ratio of 5:3:2.
On the activation date, SK Telecom launched 'T All Care Plus' for customers who want to use the Galaxy S20 without worries about loss or damage. Customers who subscribe to this product can receive various care services and upgraded insurance benefits, including ▲24-hour care service ▲same-day delivery of a compensation phone in case of loss ▲screen damage repair agency ▲battery replacement ▲one month free rental phone provision.
The monthly fee (including VAT) is 7,400 KRW for S20 and S20 Plus, and 9,900 KRW for S20 Ultra.
