According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low on the 27th will range from -2 to 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will be between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius, similar to the previous day. The National Institute of Environmental Research forecasted that fine dust levels will be between 'normal' and 'good' across all regions.

It will be clear nationwide, but Gangwon-do and Gyeongsang-do are expected to be cloudy or have snow. In Gangwon Yeongdong, heavy snow is expected from the night of the 26th to the morning of the 27th. The expected snowfall from the 26th to 27th is 5 to 20 cm in the Gangwon mountain areas, 3 to 8 cm along the Gangwon East Coast, and 1 to 5 cm in the northern Gyeongbuk East Coast and northeastern Gyeongbuk mountain areas.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters. Offshore wave heights are forecasted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea.
