[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft has issued a three-day leave of absence to all employees to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
On the 26th, NCSoft announced, "To ensure the safety of employees and to prepare for virus spread, we will implement a company-wide paid special leave for three days from the 27th to the 2nd of next month."
Pregnant employees will be given an additional 20 days of paid special leave separately from the company-wide leave for special protection.
After the leave period, NCSoft plans to extend the flexible working hours, currently from 7 AM to 10 AM, by one hour to 7 AM to 11 AM to reduce the risk of infection when using public transportation.
