He continued, "I am proud of you," and promised, "The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will also do its best so that COVID-19 can be completely contained as soon as possible."
He also added, "Although the school opening was postponed to March 9, we will carry out various educational measures for students during that period."
Earlier, on the morning of the 25th, Governor Lee decided on an emergency forced epidemiological investigation of the Shincheonji Gwacheon Headquarters, saying, "We must prevent a second Daegu incident." The Shincheonji Gwacheon Headquarters is a place where about 10,000 believers gathered for worship, more than the 9,300 who attended the collective worship in Daegu on the 16th.
