[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Juhee] Actor Kim Jeonggyun revealed the reason why he decided to marry actress Jeong Min-gyeong.
On the 25th episode of SBS entertainment show 'Burning Youth,' Kim Jeonggyun surprised everyone with a sudden marriage announcement.
Kim Jeonggyun announced, "I am marrying Jeong Min-gyeong, who is 4 years younger and was a fellow KBS 14th class talent trainee in 1991. We have been dating for about a year, and the marriage was decided 3 months ago."
Regarding the reason for deciding to marry, he explained, "There is a gathering of talent trainees. While having a meal, since she doesn't drink alcohol, she ate two bowls of rice. When I asked, 'Why do you eat so much rice?' she said, 'I like rice.' Every time I showed interest, I felt that way, so she looked pretty to me."
After revealing wedding photos and a proposal video, Kim Jeonggyun connected a call with his fianc?e on the spot.
When Choi Min-yong asked Jeong Min-gyeong, "Do you love him?" she replied, "I love him very much," showing her affection for Kim Jeonggyun.
Then Kim Kwang-gyu asked, "I heard you said you would marry if he just fed you rice?" Jeong Min-gyeong responded, "Really, I just need to be fed rice," which brought laughter.
