40s Woman in Cheonan Tests Positive for COVID-19

[Asia Economy (Cheonan) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] One new case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Cheonan.

According to Chungnam Province on the 25th, the confirmed patient is a woman in her 40s residing in Cheonan. She developed a fever (37.9°C) around 3 PM the previous day and underwent a COVID-19 test at the outdoor screening clinic of Cheonan Chungmu Hospital. She was finally confirmed positive around 10 AM on the 25th.

The woman has been transferred to the public health center and is currently undergoing the first epidemiological investigation. After the investigation, she will be transferred to Cheonan Dankook University Hospital for treatment.
