[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 25th that it was selected as the No. 1 service center for nine consecutive years in the 'Most Admired Companies in Korea 2020' evaluation.
'Most Admired Companies in Korea' is a system in which the Korea Management Association Consulting comprehensively evaluates corporate trustworthiness, service quality, and other factors to announce rankings by category. This year, a survey was conducted targeting about 13,000 people including industry executives and analysts across 784 companies to select the No. 1 in each category.
Samsung Electronics Service was selected as a respected company by receiving high evaluations in service quality, customer satisfaction, and social contribution. Samsung Electronics Service operates the largest number of 180 service centers in the industry so that customers can easily and conveniently receive product inspections and consultations anywhere.
In addition, for home appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, it provides fast and friendly on-site inspection services nationwide with the goal of same-day repairs. The call center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing customers to use consultation services anytime. Differentiated consultation services such as video remote consultation are also provided, enabling customers to easily resolve issues.
Recently, Samsung Electronics Service introduced a 'Mobile Phone Visit Service' for foldable phone users such as Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Fold, which visits customers at their desired locations to inspect and repair products, enhancing customer convenience.
Samsung Electronics Service is also leading sharing activities that give back the love received from customers to the local community, including support for multicultural families and underprivileged groups, and free electronic product inspections at social welfare facilities.
Shim Won-hwan, CEO of Samsung Electronics Service, said, "We are continuously striving to provide new value and experiences to customers," and added, "We will continue to lead in providing services that satisfy customers the most based on technological competitiveness."
