“Bonjour, Calling University Students Interested in CSR”… Bon Group Recruiting University Student CSR Supporters

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Bon Group is recruiting the first generation of university student CSR supporters, ‘Bon-jour,’ until March 15.

‘Bon-jour,’ meaning ‘A Good Day Made Together with Bon Group,’ is a collective intelligence CSR program where Bon Group and university students jointly plan and execute socially beneficial community service activities. It was designed not only to solve social issues by utilizing the fresh collective intelligence of university students but also to discover sustainable social contribution projects at the group level.

The first generation of ‘Bon-jour’ will carry out activities for about four months, starting with the inauguration ceremony on April 3 and continuing until August 6.

Participants will have the opportunity to directly implement the CSR programs they plan in July. Bon Group will provide corporate CSR practical training and various special lectures by notable figures to cultivate a mindset for social innovation. The special lectures will include CEO Kim Jeong-heon of New Black and illustrator Kim Yeon-kyung (Yeongeurim). Throughout the entire process of refining and executing CSR ideas, Bon Group employees will serve as mentors, working closely with the participants.

Additionally, the first generation of ‘Bon-jour’ will receive various benefits such as meetings with the founder of Bon Group, activity expenses, awards for outstanding activities, certificates of completion, and VMS points.

Applications can be submitted through the official website of Bon I F. Thirty university students with passion and interest in CSR activities will be finally selected, and the successful candidates will be announced on the 20th.

Group Leader Kim Cheol-ho said, “I believe that the collective intelligence of university students with fresh ideas can be a crucial driving force in discovering and solving social problems faced by marginalized neighbors in the community,” adding, “We will work with university students to discover sustainable projects that help neighbors’ happiness and create social value.”
