According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected precipitation is 20-60mm in Gangwon Yeongdong and the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, and 10-40mm in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, Jeju, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo. The expected snowfall is 10-40cm in the mountainous areas of Gangwon.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be △Seoul 6°C △Daejeon 5°C △Daegu 6°C △Busan 10°C △Jeonju 8°C △Gwangju 11°C △Chuncheon 4°C △Gangneung 6°C △Jeju 14°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 6°C.

The daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 9°C △Daejeon 8°C △Daegu 11°C △Busan 15°C △Jeonju 13°C △Gwangju 15°C △Chuncheon 8°C △Gangneung 8°C △Jeju 21°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 7°C.

According to the National Institute of Environmental Research, due to good atmospheric dispersion, fine dust concentrations will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Roads will be slippery in areas with rain or snow, and visibility may be low in some places. Please pay special attention to facility management and traffic safety."
