[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Joo-hee] Lee Bo-ram, a member of the group SeeYa, expressed her gratitude for the resurgence of their hit songs on the music charts after appearing on 'Sugarman 3.'
On the 24th, Lee Bo-ram wrote on her SNS, "Four songs charting?how can I express this gratitude in words... Forever SeeYa with you."
The photo posted along with the message showed a music site chart list. SeeYa's songs "Sarang-ui Insa" and "Michin Sarang-ui Norae" ranked within the top 30, while "Gudu" and "Yeoin-ui Hyanggi" started climbing back, ranking 79 and 83 respectively.
SeeYa appeared on JTBC's variety show 'To You Project - Sugarman 3' on the 22nd, performing together on stage as a complete group for the first time in about 10 years.
When asked about the reason for SeeYa's disbandment, Kim Yeon-ji said, "There were many other external factors. We didn't share our feelings as much as we thought and couldn't express our struggles under the name of consideration. If we had talked about these things back then, we might have understood each other," expressing regret.
Nam Gyu-ri recalled, "It was the best choice I could make," adding, "I had no hope of returning. I even looked into emigrating and leaving Korea," reflecting on that time.
