On the afternoon of the 23rd, Bong Tae-gyu appeared as a special MC on SBS's 'My Ugly Duckling' and shared stories about his marriage with his wife Hashi Shibak.

On this day, MC Shin Dong-yup asked Bong Tae-gyu, "I heard you proposed after meeting your wife twice." Bong Tae-gyu recalled, "By chance, a mutual acquaintance invited me for a drink, and my current wife was there. After talking, I realized she was a wonderful person."

He added, "After the first meeting, I came home with my heart pounding and couldn't sleep. I didn't realize it was love at first sight."

Bong Tae-gyu said, "At the second meeting, I told my wife, 'I'm not confident about dating. Let's get married.' I openly shared how much I earn from appearances, how much debt I have, and how much real estate I own."

He expressed his affection, saying, "I didn't know anything about my wife. I didn't know her birthday or where she lived. I was crazy about her because I liked her so much."
