[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education recently conducted the 'K-Edupine Private Kindergarten User Regional Representative Instructor and Mentor Group Training' for 112 K-Edupine instructors and mentors at the Jeonnam Education Research Information Center and Suncheonman Ecological Culture Education Center, the office announced on the 24th.
This training was held in various fields such as guidance on pre-inspection items of the K-Edupine system, work management authority management, and private kindergarten accounting system education to prevent work confusion and support stable settlement as K-Edupine will be introduced to all private kindergartens starting next month on the 1st.
Originally, group training was planned for all private kindergarten accounting officers in Jeonnam, but the plan was changed to groups of fewer than 30 people per region to prevent COVID-19 infection.
The organizers took thorough hygiene measures by preparing hand sanitizers and providing individual masks in preparation for COVID-19 infection.
The Provincial Office of Education established a customized support system for private kindergartens by designating representative instructors and organizing 'K-Edupine Mentor Groups' by region for the stable settlement of the full introduction of K-Edupine in private kindergartens. In addition, the mentor group will provide 1:1 customized consulting such as accounting work guidance and budget preparation support in the future.
Kim Do-jin, Director of the Budget Information Division, said, “As the introduction of K-Edupine in private kindergartens has laid the foundation for securing transparency in accounting operations, we will support the rapid field settlement of the system by establishing a response system along with continuous education.”
