The Bio Center of the Gyeonggi Economic Science Institute announced on the 23rd that it is recruiting companies or institutions to participate in the "Efficacy Evaluation of Insecticidal Active Materials" of the eco-friendly natural insecticide development project until the 28th.
The eco-friendly natural insecticide development project is a project to discover natural insecticide candidate substances using natural materials that can be mass-cultivated in farms within the province and to develop insecticides approved by the Ministry of Environment.
The Bio Center is recruiting one company or research institution to participate in the efficacy evaluation of insecticidal active materials in this ongoing project.
The selected company or research institution will receive research funding of around 30 million KRW and will explore the insecticidal effects of insecticidal active materials on target pests and the effects of combinations of pyrethrin*, an existing natural insecticidal component, and insecticidal active materials by August this year.
Applicants must be research institutions or companies related to insecticide development.
