[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] The test results for suspected COVID-19 patients at Busan Suyeong Joheun Gangan Hospital, which was temporarily closed due to the occurrence of suspected cases, will be released between 8 and 9 PM on the 20th.
According to the police, a report of a suspected COVID-19 patient was received around 11 AM in Hwamyung-dong, Buk-gu. The suspected patients were transported to the hospital via the 119 ambulance service.
The suspected patients are known to be two individuals: a 76-year-old male, Mr. A, and a 75-year-old female, Ms. B.
Mr. A and Ms. B were isolated after X-ray examinations suggested bronchitis and pneumonia. Among the three initially suspected patients, one was excluded from the suspected cases as they visited the hospital for different symptoms.
The hospital closed its emergency room from 1 PM today and requested specimen epidemiological investigations.
A Busan city official stated, "The test results are expected to be available between 8 and 9 PM today."
