[Breaking] Good Gangan Hospital Emergency Room in Suyeong-gu, Busan Closed... "Suspected COVID-19 Patient Detected"

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] The emergency room at Joeun Gangan Hospital in Suyeong-gu, Busan, was closed due to the occurrence of suspected cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).


According to the police, a report of suspected COVID-19 patients was received around 11 a.m. on the 20th in Hwamyung-dong, Buk-gu.


It is known that the suspected patients include a total of three people: one 76-year-old male and one 75-year-old female. The suspected patients were transported to the hospital via the 119 ambulance service.


The hospital judged them as suspected COVID-19 patients, closed the emergency room, and is currently conducting an epidemiological investigation of COVID-19.


A representative of Joeun Gangan Hospital stated, "We are proactively conducting COVID-19 tests as a precautionary measure."
