◆Namyang Dairy Products=Reported consolidated operating profit of 4.5 billion KRW last year, down 47.8% from the previous year. Sales decreased by 3.6% to 1.0408 trillion KRW.
◆Kolon=Decided cash dividends of 900 KRW and 950 KRW per common and preferred share, respectively, for its subsidiary Kolon Industries.
◆Samsung C&T=Signed a single sales and supply contract worth 1.1554 trillion KRW with F3 Holding Company for the ‘F3 Plant at Qidfa, Emirate of Fujairah’ project.
