Mutual Cooperation in Disability Protection Activities
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Yoseop] On the 18th, Busan Nambu Police Station announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nasaham Developmental Disabilities Welfare Center to protect socially vulnerable groups.
The agreement, held at the police station on the same day, was established to build a cooperative relationship in protecting socially vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and to promote awareness improvement regarding disabilities.
According to the agreement, Nambu Police Station will take on the role of assistant for the sports programs operated by Nasaham Developmental Disabilities Welfare Center.
The welfare center plans to continuously practice sharing by supporting disability awareness education aimed at eliminating prejudices against people with disabilities.
