Yeonggwang-gun Strengthens Hygiene Education and Prevention Activities to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeon Seong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Jun-seong) has been promoting hygiene education and preventive action guidelines to food hygiene businesses and strengthening safety management for delivery restaurants with high order volumes from the 17th to the 28th to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.

According to the county on the 18th, this hygiene education will be conducted as on-site education at each business rather than group education to prevent the spread of infection, and hand sanitizers will be distributed along with promotional materials for preventive action guidelines.

The county expects that through this hygiene education and preventive activities, food hygiene business owners will thoroughly manage hygiene within their establishments, alleviating residents' anxiety caused by COVID-19 infection and contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
