On this day, one patient (the 28th patient) was released from isolation and discharged, and 9 previously discharged patients, totaling 10, have completed treatment and fully recovered. The cumulative number of confirmed cases remains at 30 as of this morning.
The number of people released from isolation after testing negative in virus diagnostic tests increased by 247 from this morning to a total of 7,980. There are 708 people currently undergoing testing. The total number of people tested is 8,688 (excluding confirmed patients; 8,718 if included). The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters discloses the status of novel coronavirus patients twice daily at 10 AM (based on 9 AM data) and 5 PM (based on 4 PM data).
