Nexon 2020 Wage 'Average 6.8% Increase Proposal' Approved

Nexon union 'Starting Point' announced on the 13th, "Both the tentative agreement on Nexon Korea's wage agreement and Nexon GT's collective agreement passed the approval vote with a high approval rate and have been finalized."

The passage of this tentative agreement was conducted through online approval votes by union members on the 11th for Nexon Korea's wage agreement and on the 12th for Nexon GT's collective agreement. Nexon Korea's wage agreement received a 94.92% approval rate (voter turnout 93.66%), and Nexon GT's collective agreement received a 98.65% approval rate (voter turnout 97.37%), passing with overwhelming support.

On the 3rd, labor and management tentatively agreed on the 2020 wage agreement, which includes ▲ an average total increase of 6.8% ▲ relaxation of mandatory distribution for personnel evaluation grades C and below ▲ guarantee of minimum increase for median salary.

The Nexon GT collective agreement focuses on improvements such as health checkup leave, infertility leave, training leave, increased welfare mileage, and guaranteed union activity time.
