The first person to appear on stage was Rebecca Hearst, Marketing Manager of Samsung Electronics UK. Pulling out the Galaxy Z Flip from her pocket, she began by saying, "A foldable phone for trendsetters." The Galaxy Z Flip unveiled that day is Samsung Electronics' second foldable phone. Compared to the Galaxy Fold, which was the industry's first released last year, it reduced size and weight to enhance portability, while lowering the price by about 30%.

Notable is the freestop folding technology, which was not seen in the previous Galaxy Fold. Like a laptop, users can unfold the smartphone at various angles as needed and fix it to take photos or enjoy content. The vertically unfolded display measures 6.7 inches, and except for the front camera located at the top center, it is the first foldable phone to implement a hole display fully covering the screen.

This is the Galaxy Z Flip. Targeted at female consumers, the Z Flip will be released on the 14th, coinciding with Valentine's Day. Priced at 1.65 million won, it is about 30% cheaper than the Galaxy Fold, the industry's first foldable phone unveiled by Samsung Electronics last year. Next, No Tae-moon, President of Samsung Electronics' Wireless Business Division, who made his debut at the Unpacked event, took the baton. "Welcome to Galaxy Unpacked 2020." Standing on stage with Avengers-level new products, President No declared "A new decade, the beginning of change."

President No is holding the Galaxy S20 Ultra model equipped with a 108-megapixel camera. That day, Samsung Electronics declared a "new turning point" by changing the product numbering from the 10 series to the 20 series through the Galaxy S20 series. The S20 series consists of three models: the 6.2-inch Galaxy S20, the 6.7-inch Galaxy S20 Plus, and the 6.9-inch Galaxy S20 Ultra. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is equipped with a 108-megapixel camera, while the S20 and S20+ have a 64-megapixel main camera. The image sensor size, which determines camera performance, has been improved by 1.65 to 2.9 times compared to the Galaxy S10. On the same day, the wireless earphones 'Galaxy Buds+' with improved battery specifications and sound quality also appeared. They can play music for up to 11 hours on a single charge and up to 22 hours with additional charging through the case. Galaxy Buds+ supports not only Android but also iOS, allowing users to use them regardless of their smartphone model.
