Korean Crew Member Dies While Working in Foreign Waters

Suspected Heatstroke

According to the shipowner's report, on the morning of the 9th (local time), while vessel A was sailing in the Indian Ocean, B lost consciousness due to symptoms presumed to be heatstroke and subsequently passed away.


The Busan Coast Guard plans to investigate the exact circumstances of the accident by questioning the shipowner and crew members.
