Geumgang Housing to Supply 7,251 Apartment Units in Dongtan, Geomdan, Pangyo, and More... Also 1,459 Officetel Units

[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Geumgang Housing announced on the 7th that it plans to sell a total of 7,251 apartment and townhouse units and 1,459 officetel units across 13 complexes nationwide this year.

Geumgang Housing's first sale of the year is scheduled for next month with the 'Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Tower.' This knowledge industry center will be built in Galmae-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province, on a self-sufficient distribution facility site, with a total floor area of approximately 172,961㎡, spanning from two basement levels to 10 floors above ground, making it the largest in the Galmae district. Neighborhood living facilities and 390 officetel units will be developed together. Specialized designs such as a drive-in system, 6m floor height, fitness center, and screen golf zone will be applied.

The first apartment sale area is planned for June in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. Geumgang Housing is planning to sell the 'Yangju Hoecheon Residential Site A22 Block' project, which was suspended last year. It will consist of 935 units, all under 60㎡ (exclusive area). Following that, in July, 930 units will be sold in Siwha MTV Block 4.

In September and October, sales will be consecutively held in Dongtan 2 New Town. In September, a residential-commercial complex with 380 units (separately 132 officetel units) will be supplied in C-2 Block, and in October, a large apartment complex with 1,103 units will be sold in A59 Block.

In November, a large-scale joint sale of about 2,000 units is scheduled in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. Residential-commercial complexes will be supplied in RC3 Block and RC4 Block with 447 units and 40 officetel units, and 483 units and 64 officetel units, respectively. In AA23 Block, the sale of 1,049 units ranging from 60 to 85㎡ is planned.

In December, 380 apartment units will be sold in Busan Eco Delta City Block 6, and 215 units will be supplied in Pangyo Daejang District B2 and B3. In the same month, 567 units in the redevelopment project in Hakik-dong, Incheon, and 762 units in Osan Segyo A8 Block, Gyeonggi Province, will also be supplied. In Dasan New Town Blocks C2, C3, and C4, a total of 833 officetel units?341, 288, and 204 units respectively?will welcome new owners.

A Geumgang Housing official said, "This year will be another year to enhance our brand value and status by carrying out various sales projects nationwide," adding, "We will do our best to supply the best brand apartments that meet the expectations of consumers."
