Seoul City Opens AI-Based Interactive Messenger
Available to Anyone After Registering KakaoTalk Plus Friend
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The artificial intelligence (AI) counselor chatbot service 'Seoultok' will be launched on the 1st of next month.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 31st that it will open an AI-based conversational messenger service that responds to various inquiries 24 hours a day.
Anyone can use it by registering as a KakaoTalk Plus Friend. Simply search for 'Seoultok' in the search bar on the KakaoTalk friends list screen and add the channel.
You can freely enter questions at the bottom of the chat window or select menus provided in the chat window to receive related information.
