Brand New Music announced on the 29th, "We have signed a contract renewal with Yang Da-il."

The agency stated, "Since his debut in 2015, Yang Da-il has grown into a representative singer-songwriter in Korea, receiving much love from fans. This contract renewal was made based on the trust and affection with Brand New Music, as well as deep confidence in CEO Rhymer, who first discovered and guided him."

They added, "Brand New Music will continue to provide full support so that Yang Da-il can grow alongside the company."

They also said, "We ask for your continued interest and love for Yang Da-il’s journey as he spreads his wings even wider."

Meanwhile, Yang Da-il debuted in 2015 with the single album "We Know," which involved Jung Key, and has gained fans’ love with songs such as "Sorry," "Confession," and "To You."

In December last year, the duet song "Things We Must Protect After Breaking Up" with singer Kim Na-young topped the real-time music charts, sparking allegations of chart manipulation. At the time, Yang Da-il denied the allegations, saying, "I am not living so desperately as to manipulate charts."
