◆Dongyang Steel Pipe= Signed a supply contract with 'C.T.A' for plant oil pipelines in the Egypt region worth KRW 14.471 billion. The contract amount corresponds to 8.93% of the 2018 consolidated sales.
◆Namkwang Construction= Awarded a contract from Hana Asset Trust for the construction of Yeongjong Landmark Blue Ocean Phase 3 worth KRW 56.1847 billion. The contract amount corresponds to 35.75% of the 2018 consolidated sales.
◆Taelim Packaging= Major shareholder SeAH Investment signed a contract to transfer approximately 41.67 million treasury shares held to Taelim Paper. The transfer amount is KRW 182.42358 billion.
