BusinessOn Launches 'Smart RPA' Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] BusinessOn, the leading company in the domestic electronic document distribution system market share, announced on the 22nd the launch of its 'Smart RPA' service.

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a solution that automates repetitive and rule-based large-scale business processes performed by humans on computers through software robots. It is currently used in various business areas such as customer service, finance, and accounting.

BusinessOn stated, "BusinessOn's Smart RPA improves the accuracy and speed of tasks and can be applied without modifying or additionally developing existing business programs, minimizing internal resources. Compared to other companies' RPA solutions, it significantly reduces implementation costs."

Previously, BusinessOn signed a business agreement for partnership with Eden TNS, the developer of the RPA solution 'Woktronics.' A BusinessOn representative explained, "To ensure a fast and stable market entry for Smart RPA, both companies agreed to jointly participate in training and project execution. We are preparing various promotions and marketing targeting the numerous customers BusinessOn has."
