SR Energy Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Dae-hong) announced the completion of a solar power plant in Hwacheon, Gangwon Province.
They confirmed the site feasibility, conducted total consulting, proceeded sequentially after design and obtaining permits, and stated that they are paying close attention to management and maintenance.
SR Energy started with commercial solar power generation and is a company specializing in the design and construction of renewable energy, including ESS.
In December 2019, they completed a MW-class solar power plant in Hwacheon, Gangwon Province. As of 2019, they recorded cumulative sales of 30 billion KRW from solar power plant construction, and in the first half of 2020, they secured orders for solar power plant construction equivalent to 20MW.
This scale is expected to generate approximately 25 billion KRW in sales, bringing SR Energy closer to its 2020 sales target of 50 billion KRW.
So far, they have been making various efforts including the development of monitoring services integrating solar power, wind power, and ESS using LTE and IoT networks, as well as obtaining patents, making them a company with promising prospects.
They are regarded as a global company with even greater goals for the future.
They have also occasionally delivered solar power to places with elderly residents. There are reports of donations and facility installations at senior centers and childcare centers to help them have a warm winter.
CEO Jeong Dae-hong stated, "We will continue to show further development."
