[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Ju Cheol-in] The Uiryeong County Sports Council in Gyeongnam announced on the 15th that Kang Won-deok, former vice chairman of the Uiryeong County Sports Council, was elected as the 3rd chairman of the Uiryeong County Sports Council.

Kang, who became the first civilian chairman of the Uiryeong County Sports Council, will lead the council from the 16th until the day before the 2023 regular general meeting. Kang expressed his thoughts, saying, "I will do my best to unite Uiryeong County so that all residents can enjoy sports."
