According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the country will be mostly clear due to the influence of high pressure located near the Shandong Peninsula in China. However, the western coasts of Chungnam and Jeolla, as well as the eastern coast of Gangwon, are expected to have occasional clouds.
Additionally, the northern eastern coast of Gangwon may experience snow flurries from dawn to morning due to easterly winds.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul -6°C △Daejeon -5°C △Daegu -3°C △Busan -1°C △Jeonju -3°C △Gwangju -2°C △Cheongju -4°C △Chuncheon -8°C △Gangneung -1°C △Jeju 5°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 1°C.
The daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 2°C △Daejeon 4°C △Daegu 6°C △Busan 8°C △Jeonju 4°C △Gwangju 5°C △Cheongju 3°C △Chuncheon 4°C △Gangneung 7°C △Jeju 8°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 4°C.
Fine dust levels will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "High waves caused by swells on the East Coast may overflow breakwaters or coastal roads, so please be especially cautious of safety accidents along the coast."
