▷Ingredients (Serves 2)

1/2 head of broccoli, 1/2 cup cashew nuts, 1-2 tbsp starch water (2 parts water, 2 parts starch powder), 1 tbsp chili oil, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 2-3 dried chili peppers, 1/2 cup water, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, salt and pepper to taste



▷Instructions

★ Cooking time: 25 minutes

"Today's Recipe" Stir-fried Broccoli with Cashew Nuts 1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, blanch them in boiling water with salt, rinse in cold water, and drain.
