[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] Jeon Bo-ram, a former member of the idol group T-ara, shared her thoughts on her divorced parents Jeon Young-rok and Lee Mi-young.

On the afternoon of the 13th, Jeon Bo-ram and Lee Mi-young appeared on the SBS variety show 'Do You Eat?' and had a meal together with Kim Soo-mi.

That day, Jeon Bo-ram opened up about her father Jeon Young-rok and mother Lee Mi-young, who divorced when she was young, saying, "My stepmother treated me well, but it’s different from what a biological mother does. When I was young, the adults said it was better to live with my father, so I lived with him."

In response, Kim Soo-mi asked Jeon Bo-ram, "Don’t you see your father these days?" and said, "Not seeing him is also unfilial."

Jeon Bo-ram then revealed her feelings, saying, "In my opinion, my father has a family. But my mother only has us. My father doesn’t contact me often, and I understand that too. It’s because I haven’t done well."

She continued, "He has two children. I don’t think he’s a bad person. It’s his life. I only worry about my sick mother."

Meanwhile, Jeon Bo-ram joined the group T-ara in 2009 and received love from the public. Her grandfather and grandmother are the veteran actor Hwang Hae and singer Baek Seol-hee, who are well-known. Recently, she has transitioned from being a singer to an actress and is actively continuing her entertainment career.
