▷Ingredients (Serves 2)
200g pork neck, 250g napa cabbage kimchi (about 1/8 head), 1/2 block tofu, 1 green onion, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup kimchi juice, 1 tablespoon tuna, 1 cup water, salt and pepper to taste
▷Instructions
★ Cooking time: 30 minutes
1. Prepare pork neck meat by cutting it into large pieces. Cut the napa cabbage kimchi into large pieces as well.
2. Cut the tofu into thick slices and julienne the green onions.
3. Add red pepper powder, minced garlic, kimchi juice, and a spoonful of tuna.
4. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
