Renault Samsung first applied the Premiere brand to the 2020 SM6 model. This brand is characterized by various premium features designed for consumers who desire a luxurious interior and exterior. The price of the SM6 2.0 GDe Premiere is 32.94 million KRW.
Renault Samsung equipped the SM6 Premiere with a European design radiator grille, side door trim decorations, and 19-inch two-tone alloy wheels shaped like the Eiffel Tower in France, enhancing the premium feel with a Premiere-exclusive logo.
The interior is differentiated to the level of imported premium brands. It features light gray color seats made of Nappa leather, and diamond-shaped quilting patterns applied to the dashboard and door trims. It is equipped with a Prestige headrest for comfortable head support. High-end convenience features such as the S-Link with an 8.7-inch navigation system, a Bose premium sound system with 13 speakers, and Active Damping Control (ADC) are all standard.
Renault Samsung has prepared an exclusive membership service to enhance service satisfaction for Premiere customers. Premiere owners can use free pick-up and delivery services for vehicle maintenance and inspections up to two round trips within three years.
A Renault Samsung official said, "Pick-up and delivery services have traditionally been available only with high-priced imported premium brands, but Renault Samsung Premiere strives to provide such premium sensibility and convenience services at a reasonable price."
